Vegan Protein Oatmeal with Veggies
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/2 zucchini (grated)
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
- 1 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
- 1 cup water or plant milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- hemp seeds
- raw creamy almond butter
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until creamy, about 5-10 minutes
Top with strawberries, hemp seeds, and almond butter.
