Vegan Protein Oatmeal with Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 zucchini (grated)
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1 scoop vegan banana maple French toast protein powder
  • 1 cup water or plant milk

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • hemp seeds
  • raw creamy almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until creamy, about 5-10 minutes

  2. Top with strawberries, hemp seeds, and almond butter.
