Vegan Banana Maple French Toast Cauli Zoats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 1/3 cup water or plant milk
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower (optional)
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 scoop banana maple French toast protein powder
Preparation
Add oats, water or plant milk, and optional riced cauliflower into a pot and heat on medium heat.
While the mixture begins to cook, grate zucchini into a separate bowl.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the grated zucchini and may need 1-2 tablespoons of plant milk.
Turn the heat to low and add banana maple French toast protein powder.
Once cooled, stuff the oats into an almost empty nut butter jar and add a few toppings.
