Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Zoats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Optional

  • good spoonful of Nuccina Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter

Toppings

  • one square of 70% Lindt dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, grated zucchini, almond milk, and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.

  2. Stir in pumpkin spice cookie butter if using.

  3. Top with a square of dark chocolate and allow it to melt.
