Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Zoats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Optional
- good spoonful of Nuccina Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter
Toppings
- one square of 70% Lindt dark chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, grated zucchini, almond milk, and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Stir in pumpkin spice cookie butter if using.
Top with a square of dark chocolate and allow it to melt.
