Vanilla Oatmeal Breakfast with Nutty Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring to prevent sticking.
Once thickened to desired consistency, remove from heat and serve immediately.
Top with peanut butter, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, almonds, and pumpkin seeds.
