Banana Bread Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 medjool date
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Stir as it cooks and thickens, about 3-5 minutes
Remove from stove top and serve immediately
Add some fresh fruit or seeds when ready to serve
