Cacao Blueberry Cinnamon Porridge Breakfast

Ingredients

  • oats
  • 1/4 buckwheat groats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • small handful blueberries
  • almond milk

Toppings

  • pistachio nuts
  • pistachio butter
  • buckwheat groats
  • blueberries
  • ginger chocolate

Preparation

  1. Put the oats, 1/4 buckwheat groats, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and a small handful of blueberries in a bowl, cover with almond milk, and leave overnight.

  2. In the morning, transfer the mixture to a pan, add a splash more almond milk, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, and gently cook.

  3. Add more almond milk to achieve your favorite porridge consistency.

  4. Once cooked, top with pistachio nuts, pistachio butter, buckwheat groats, more blueberries, and a chunk of ginger chocolate.
