Cacao Blueberry Cinnamon Porridge Breakfast
Ingredients
- oats
- 1/4 buckwheat groats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- small handful blueberries
- almond milk
Toppings
- pistachio nuts
- pistachio butter
- buckwheat groats
- blueberries
- ginger chocolate
Preparation
Put the oats, 1/4 buckwheat groats, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and a small handful of blueberries in a bowl, cover with almond milk, and leave overnight.
In the morning, transfer the mixture to a pan, add a splash more almond milk, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, and gently cook.
Add more almond milk to achieve your favorite porridge consistency.
Once cooked, top with pistachio nuts, pistachio butter, buckwheat groats, more blueberries, and a chunk of ginger chocolate.
