Pumpkin Tofu Oats Fall Breakfast

Ingredients

  • oats
  • water
  • almond milk
  • 175g silken tofu
  • cinnamon
  • pumpkin spice
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • one zucchini
  • one banana

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, almond milk, silken tofu, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, pumpkin purée, zucchini, and banana.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.

  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. If you prefer thicker oats, blend the mixture quickly.

  5. Serve the porridge.
