Pumpkin Tofu Oats Fall Breakfast
Ingredients
- oats
- water
- almond milk
- 175g silken tofu
- cinnamon
- pumpkin spice
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- one zucchini
- one banana
Preparation
Combine oats, water, almond milk, silken tofu, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, pumpkin purée, zucchini, and banana.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
If you prefer thicker oats, blend the mixture quickly.
Serve the porridge.
