Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (can use coconut sugar)
- 1/4 cup milk (can use almond milk)
- 1 egg
Swirl Topping
- 2 tsp granulated sugar (can use coconut sugar)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp milk (can use almond milk)
Glaze
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a small oven-safe ramekin.
In a high-powered blender, blend together the oats, baking powder, granulated sugar, milk, and egg.
Pour the mixture into the ramekin, add a swirl of the topping mixture on top, and bake for 23 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and water to make the glaze. Once the oatmeal is done baking, drizzle the glaze on top and serve.
