Raspberry Apple Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup 1:1 gf baking flour {or all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk {i used almond milk}
- 1/4 cup oil {i used olive oil}
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup raspberries {diced}
- 1/2 cup apples {diced}
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350f & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder—then stir in the fruit
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and egg
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry & stir until well combined
Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 23 minutes!
