Raspberry Apple Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1:1 gf baking flour {or all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk {i used almond milk}
  • 1/4 cup oil {i used olive oil}
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup raspberries {diced}
  • 1/2 cup apples {diced}

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350f & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder—then stir in the fruit

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and egg

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry & stir until well combined

  5. Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 23 minutes!
