Protein Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 300g black beans
  • 100g maple syrup
  • 35g melted coconut oil
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 60g protein (phd smart for me)
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 10g truvia sweetener
  • 80-100g of any chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, add the wet ingredients and black beans (beans, coconut oil, maple syrup, egg, vanilla essence) and blend until it's as smooth as you can get it! then slowly add in the ret of the ingredients (aside from the chocolate) whilst constantly blending on low speed

  2. Add in half the chocolate (choped up or whatever youw ant) into the mix and stir through

  3. Fire into a 8inch baking tray, top with the rest of the chocolate and fire it in an oven at 170c for 10-11 minutes

  4. Leave to cool to room temp then fire in teh fridge overnight! cut into 10 bits and eat!??
