Baked Apple with Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 cup with water
- soy yogurt
- chopped pistachios
Preparation
Cut the apple in half and put them in two ovenproof dishes, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon,
Maple syrup and vegan butter
Add a little water to each of the baking dish in the bottom and put in the oven to cook at
F for 20 minutes or until they are golden,
Serve still warm with soy yogurt on top and chopped pistachios
