Baked Apple with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 cup with water
  • soy yogurt
  • chopped pistachios

Preparation

  1. Cut the apple in half and put them in two ovenproof dishes, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon,

  5. Serve still warm with soy yogurt on top and chopped pistachios
