Apple Pie Parfait

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. granola
  • 200 grams of soy yogurt
  • A handful of walnuts
  • A handful of raisins
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Transfer the granola, walnuts and raisins to a jar or glass

  2. Add the soy yogurt and maple syrup if you want

  3. Cut the apple in cubes and mix it with the cinnamon

  4. Add it to the yoghurt and that’s it! Enjoy
