Vegan Peach Blueberry Crumble
Ingredients
- 2 cups peaches
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup date syrup
- original pili nuts
- 3tbs flax seeds
- 1/2 cup gluten free coconut flour
- 3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients for the crumble
In a separate bowl mix ingredients for the topping
Pour crumble ingredients into a bake dish
Sprinkle topping evenly over the top of crubmle
Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden
Allow to rest for 10 minutes
Serve with vegan ice-cream ream of your choice
