4 Ingredient Flourless V/gf/paleo Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini (any nut butter should work)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup nut milk (any would work)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips, divided (optional, but obvious inclusion!)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix tahini and maple syrup until creamy

  3. Add nut milk and stir

  4. Gently stir in raw cacao until thick batter forms (it will be creamy)

  5. Fold in baking soda and powder and half of the chocolate chips

  6. Add 1 tbsp melted coconut oil to a bread pan or brownie pan, and spread oil

  7. Pour batter (it may not cover entire pan, keep it about 1/4 inch thick)

  8. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and sea salt

  9. Bake for 15-17 minutes
