Cinnamon Applesauce Donut Holes
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free 1:1 baking flour can be used)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar (coconut sugar can be used)
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Scoop the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity. The batter should make approximately 18 donut holes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Optional: Roll the donut holes in cane sugar to coat them.
