Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla (from Kachava)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Toppings

  • Dairy-free plain yogurt
  • Almond butter
  • Blueberry compote
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients to form a smooth batter.

  2. Cook the batter on a heated skillet or griddle until golden brown on both sides.
