Simple Banana and Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana mashed
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 heaped tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana and mix with the oats, seeds and cinnamon.

  2. Crack the egg in, beat it and mix it all together.

  3. Heat a pan until it is hot, drop a small ladleful in and cook on both sides.

  4. Loosen around the sides and carefully flip over.

Serving

  1. Serve with sliced apple, raspberries, Greek yogurt and a drizzle of Sri Lankan syrup.
