Simple Banana and Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana mashed
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 heaped tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
Preparation
Mash the banana and mix with the oats, seeds and cinnamon.
Crack the egg in, beat it and mix it all together.
Heat a pan until it is hot, drop a small ladleful in and cook on both sides.
Loosen around the sides and carefully flip over.
Serving
Serve with sliced apple, raspberries, Greek yogurt and a drizzle of Sri Lankan syrup.
