Simple and Healthy Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana (save some for toppings)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oats (22 grams)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • scoop of women's best protein powder
  • tbsp of pb2foods
  • some cocoa nibs
  • splash of unsweetened almond milk
  • tsp of baking powder

Toppings

  • banana
  • sugar-free maple syrup
  • thawed summer fruits
  • peach from a can (in juice, not syrup)
  • hemp hearts

Preparation

  1. Throw all ingredients except cocoa nibs into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Spray a nonstick pan and make small pancakes in it.

  3. Add cocoa nibs to the pancakes and flip them when bubbles appear.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
