Simple and Healthy Breakfast Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 small banana (save some for toppings)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oats (22 grams)
- dash of cinnamon
- splash of vanilla extract
- scoop of women's best protein powder
- tbsp of pb2foods
- some cocoa nibs
- splash of unsweetened almond milk
- tsp of baking powder
Toppings
- banana
- sugar-free maple syrup
- thawed summer fruits
- peach from a can (in juice, not syrup)
- hemp hearts
Preparation
Throw all ingredients except cocoa nibs into a blender and blend until smooth.
Spray a nonstick pan and make small pancakes in it.
Add cocoa nibs to the pancakes and flip them when bubbles appear.
Serve and enjoy.
