  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal (22 grams)
  • splash of unsweetened almond milk
  • teaspoon of baking powder
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop of whey vanilla
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter powder (optional)
