Cookie Dough Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: dash of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. For 1-2 servings, blend all ingredients except chocolate chips together.

  2. For larger batches or if blender is small, mash the banana, add the egg, oats (blend oats first if desired for smoother texture), milk, and baking powder, then mix well.

  3. Add chocolate chips on top.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.

Notes

  1. Calories: 375 per serving.

  2. Protein: 13g per serving. To increase to 33g, add a scoop of protein powder and additional milk as needed.
