Easy Vegan Waffles with Oats and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 100g regular oats
  • 200ml plant milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon applesauce or 1 ripe banana
  • 2-3 dates

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved.

  2. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker and cook until done.

  3. If no waffle maker is available, use the mixture to make vegan pancakes.
