Homemade Vegan Waffles with Oats and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 100g regular oats
  • 200ml plant milk of your choice
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon applesauce or 1 ripe banana
  • 2-3 dates for extra sweetness

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until desired consistency.

  2. Pour the mixture onto a waffle maker and cook to make waffles.

  3. If no waffle maker is available, use the same batter to make vegan pancakes.
