Homemade Vegan Waffles with Oats and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 100g regular oats
- 200ml plant milk of your choice
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon applesauce or 1 ripe banana
- 2-3 dates for extra sweetness
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until desired consistency.
Pour the mixture onto a waffle maker and cook to make waffles.
If no waffle maker is available, use the same batter to make vegan pancakes.
