Warm Fall Baked Oats with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • almond butter for topping
  • homemade applesauce for topping

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Scoop into oven-safe dish.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove and top with almond butter and homemade applesauce.
