Healthy Vegan Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 big frozen carrot
  • Half frozen orange
  • Half frozen banana
  • 2 frozen Dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (or flaxseed)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • Pinch Pink Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Switch carrots for pumpkin if desired for variation.

  2. Freeze dry ingredients in a bag for meal prep to have them on hand and avoid using ice.

  3. Blend all ingredients together.

  4. Add a bit of ice if you prefer a milkshake consistency.
