Healthy Vegan Carrot Cake Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 big frozen carrot
- Half frozen orange
- Half frozen banana
- 2 frozen Dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (or flaxseed)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch Nutmeg
- Pinch Pink Sea Salt
Preparation
Switch carrots for pumpkin if desired for variation.
Freeze dry ingredients in a bag for meal prep to have them on hand and avoid using ice.
Blend all ingredients together.
Add a bit of ice if you prefer a milkshake consistency.
