Green Tahini Smoothie with Spinach and Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup any nut milk (I use homemade)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 - 2 Dates
- 1 - 2 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cardamom pod (optional but I love the extra flavor)
- 1 tsp Baobab or Maca or both (optional)
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalaya Pink Sea Salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients with a handful of ice until smooth.
Remember to make smoothies ahead of time by placing all dry ingredients in a freezable bag for quick preparation when needed.
