Green Tahini Smoothie with Spinach and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 cup any nut milk (I use homemade)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 - 2 Dates
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cardamom pod (optional but I love the extra flavor)
  • 1 tsp Baobab or Maca or both (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Himalaya Pink Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients with a handful of ice until smooth.

  2. Remember to make smoothies ahead of time by placing all dry ingredients in a freezable bag for quick preparation when needed.
