Chocolate Tahini Date Shake
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup almond milk (more if you want a thinner consistency)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 TBSP tahini
- 1–2 dates, pitted
- 1 TBSP raw cacao powder
Optional toppings
- Your favorite granola
- Tahini drizzle
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until well incorporated.
Serve immediately with your favorite granola and tahini drizzle.
