Chocolate Tahini Date Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup almond milk (more if you want a thinner consistency)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP tahini
  • 1–2 dates, pitted
  • 1 TBSP raw cacao powder

Optional toppings

  • Your favorite granola
  • Tahini drizzle

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until well incorporated.

  2. Serve immediately with your favorite granola and tahini drizzle.
