Homemade Healthy Shamrock Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (cashew used)
  • 1 tbsp flax meal for thickness
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 - 1 cup almond milk (adjust for thickness and blender performance)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
