Homemade Healthy Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp nut butter (cashew used)
- 1 tbsp flax meal for thickness
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 - 1 cup almond milk (adjust for thickness and blender performance)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
