Easy Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • handful of strawberries (I keep the tops on)
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach or two big handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp spread the love power butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 big handful of ice (more if needed)
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 scoop ancient nutrition collagen protein blend (optional)

Toppings

  • siggis dairy yogurt
  • 88 acres granola
  • drizzle of honey

Preparation

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-power blender

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting ice for thickness

  3. Pour into a glass and add toppings
