Berry Oat Smoothie with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • Handful of frozen spinach
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein
  • Spoonful of honey
  • Spoonful of almond butter
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Strawberries
  • Homemade nutty granola
  • Hemp hearts
  • Almond butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass.

  3. Add the toppings on top.
