Banana Oat Smoothie with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- handful of frozen spinach and strawberries
- 2 scoops vanilla protein
- few spoonfuls of spirulina
- honey
- salt
- peanut butter
Toppings
- granola
- hemp hearts
- another banana
- more almond butter
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth
Add the toppings on top
