Banana Oat Smoothie with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • handful of frozen spinach and strawberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • few spoonfuls of spirulina
  • honey
  • salt
  • peanut butter

Toppings

  • granola
  • hemp hearts
  • another banana
  • more almond butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth

  2. Add the toppings on top
