Chocolate Caramel Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 x frozen ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of cacao powder
  • 1 scoop vegan caramel protein powder (I used @macr0mike salted caramel)
  • Optional: 1-2 dates

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
