Chocolate Peanut Butter Cauliflower Hemp Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/4 cups frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
- 1 heaping tablespoon Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Blend
- 1-2 teaspoons raw unsweetened cacao
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon date syrup or sweetener of choice
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently until thickened, about 4-5 minutes.
Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with toppings of choice, such as banana, strawberries, blueberries, and cacao nibs.
