Chocolate Peanut Butter Cauliflower Hemp Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Blend
  • 1-2 teaspoons raw unsweetened cacao
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon date syrup or sweetener of choice
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently until thickened, about 4-5 minutes.

  2. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and serve with toppings of choice, such as banana, strawberries, blueberries, and cacao nibs.
