Chocolate Toffee Caramel Cookie Cereal

Ingredients

  • 25g scoop chocolate caramel whey
  • A few drops toffee flavor drops
  • 1 cup (85g) oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg or flax egg
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp tahini or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor except for the chocolate chips and blitz until a dough is formed; if too dry add more almond milk

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips to the dough mixture

  4. Roll little balls of the dough in your hands and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

  5. Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes or until crispy

  6. Store in an airtight container
