Jammie Dodger Baked Oats with Custard
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 30g vanilla soy isolate
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 150ml almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- squeeze of a lemon
- Jammie Dodger biscuit
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
Place into a skillet or an oven proof dish
Top with a jammie dodger
Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
Serve with custard
