Jammie Dodger Baked Oats with Custard

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 30g vanilla soy isolate
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • squeeze of a lemon
  • Jammie Dodger biscuit

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Place into a skillet or an oven proof dish

  3. Top with a jammie dodger

  4. Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 180°C

  5. Serve with custard
