Biscoff Cheesecake Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup oats, blended
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/3 + 1/6 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tbsp granulated sweetener (of choice)
  • 1 tbsp biscoff, melted (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2-3 tbsp vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or biscoff, melted)

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients for the oats together

  2. Whip the cream cheese and maple/biscoff

  3. Pour the oats into an oven proof dish and spoon the biscoff mixture in the centre

  4. Optionally, you can melt some more biscoff and marble it into the top of the oats (lol i forgot to do this but it would look epic and taste extra good)

  5. Bake 25-30 mins at fan 180°C
