Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 spoon vanilla protein powder
- almond milk
Toppings
- fresh fig
- banana
- agave syrup
Preparation
Combine gluten-free oats, frozen cauliflower rice, matcha, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk in a container. Refrigerate overnight to soak.
Top with fresh fig, banana, and agave syrup before serving.
