Easy Overnight Matcha Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 spoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 chopped date
  • 1 spoon chia seeds
  • Almond milk
  • 1 spoon almond yogurt

Toppings

  • Fresh fig
  • Blueberries
  • Almond butter
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, matcha powder, vanilla protein powder, chopped date, chia seeds, almond milk, and almond yogurt in a container.

  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
