Easy Overnight Matcha Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 spoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 chopped date
- 1 spoon chia seeds
- Almond milk
- 1 spoon almond yogurt
Toppings
- Fresh fig
- Blueberries
- Almond butter
- Bee pollen
Preparation
Combine oats, matcha powder, vanilla protein powder, chopped date, chia seeds, almond milk, and almond yogurt in a container.
Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add toppings and serve.
