Overnight Pumpkin Coffee Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gf oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 spoons pumpkin purée
- 1/2 bottle coffee almond milk
- Loads of cinnamon
Toppings
- Fig
- Frozen raspberries
- Almond maca almond butter
Preparation
Combine oats, chia seeds, pumpkin purée, coffee almond milk, and cinnamon in a container.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
Add fig, frozen raspberries, and almond butter before serving.
Serve straight from the fridge or warmed.
