Overnight Pumpkin Coffee Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 spoons pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 bottle coffee almond milk
  • Loads of cinnamon

Toppings

  • Fig
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Almond maca almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, pumpkin purée, coffee almond milk, and cinnamon in a container.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.

  3. Add fig, frozen raspberries, and almond butter before serving.

  4. Serve straight from the fridge or warmed.
