Overnight Matcha Zucchini Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 spoon vanilla protein
- 1 chopped date
- 1 spoon almond yogurt
- Almond milk to cover
Toppings
- Frozen blueberries
- fig
- pumpkin spiced nut butter
- bee pollen
Preparation
Leave the mixture overnight to thicken.
Top with frozen blueberries, fig, pumpkin spiced nut butter, and bee pollen before serving.
