Apple Pie Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 pack cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla blend
  • Cinnamon
  • Apple
  • 1 date
  • Almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Frozen raspberries
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Chop the date

  2. Cook the apple with cinnamon until soft

  3. In a pot, combine gluten-free oats, cauliflower rice, vanilla blend, chopped date, almond milk, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and oats are soft

  4. Serve topped with frozen raspberries and peanut butter
