Quick Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Malk Organic milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Optional toppings

  • Assorted toppings as desired

Preparation

  1. Combine all main ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan.

  2. Heat on high in microwave for 1-2 minutes or cook on stovetop over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
