Quick Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup Malk Organic milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Optional toppings
- Assorted toppings as desired
Preparation
Combine all main ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan.
Heat on high in microwave for 1-2 minutes or cook on stovetop over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
