Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup plantbased milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 80 grams of frozen blueberries

Toppings

  • plant-based yogurt
  • berries
  • almonds

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and transfer it to a jar.

  2. Let it rest overnight.

  3. Add more plantbased yogurt or toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy!
