Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened soy yoghurt
- 1/2 cup plantbased milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/4 tbsp. vanilla extract
- Juice + zest of 1/2 lemon
- 80 grams of frozen blueberries
Toppings
- plant-based yogurt
- berries
- almonds
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and transfer it to a jar.
Let it rest overnight.
Add more plantbased yogurt or toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy!
