Berry and Almond Oat Cream Parfait

Ingredients

Berry oat cream

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • handful berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch pink salt
  • 1/2 cup Silk organic almondmilk (more if needed)

Chia pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup Silk organic almondmilk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Toppings

  • vegan yogurt
  • fresh berries
  • crushed almonds
  • shredded coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • cereal puffs

Preparation

  1. Put the chia pudding ingredients into a jar and mix, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  2. Blend the oat cream ingredients until smooth, adding more milk if necessary, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. In a jar, start by smashing a few berries into the bottom.

  4. Add the vegan yogurt.

  5. Add the berry oat cream.

  6. Add the chia pudding.

  7. Finish with your desired toppings.
