Berry and Almond Oat Cream Parfait
Ingredients
Berry oat cream
- 1 cup rolled oats
- handful berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch pink salt
- 1/2 cup Silk organic almondmilk (more if needed)
Chia pudding
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup Silk organic almondmilk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Toppings
- vegan yogurt
- fresh berries
- crushed almonds
- shredded coconut
- cacao nibs
- cereal puffs
Preparation
Put the chia pudding ingredients into a jar and mix, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Blend the oat cream ingredients until smooth, adding more milk if necessary, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a jar, start by smashing a few berries into the bottom.
Add the vegan yogurt.
Add the berry oat cream.
Add the chia pudding.
Finish with your desired toppings.
