Speculaas Blended Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50 g oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon speculaas spices
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
- 180 ml almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Speculoos paste
- Speculaas granola
- Fresh fruit
Preparation
Blend all ingredients into a smooth, creamy mixture and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, top with granola, a spoonful of Speculoos paste, and fresh fruit.
Tips
For added crunch, place a layer of granola at the bottom before adding the blended mixture.
