Overnight Oats with Fruit Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • Strawberries
  • 80g rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 2 Tbsp yogurt of your choice

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • Strawberries
  • Handful of trail mix
  • Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mash half a banana and chop strawberries if desired

  2. In a container, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, mashed banana, chopped strawberries, oat milk, and yogurt

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours

  5. In the morning, stir the mixture and add the toppings
