Overnight Oats with Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- Strawberries
- 80g rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 200ml oat milk
- 2 Tbsp yogurt of your choice
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- Strawberries
- Handful of trail mix
- Peanut butter
Preparation
Mash half a banana and chop strawberries if desired
In a container, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, mashed banana, chopped strawberries, oat milk, and yogurt
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours
In the morning, stir the mixture and add the toppings
