Protein Porridge with Optional Toppings

Ingredients

  • 60 grams porridge oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder

Toppings

  • Dark chocolate
  • Fruit of your choice

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats with 1 cup water and cook over low flame until the porridge starts to simmer. You can cook it in milk as well, if you prefer.

  2. Once the porridge is cooked, turn off the flame and add protein powder and mix well.

  3. Pour the porridge in a bowl and top with dark chocolate and fruit of your choice.
