Chia Pudding for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp of coconut yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsp of agave syrup
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl or a jar place all ingredients except the peanut butter and mix well

  2. Set to the fridge for about 30 min

  3. Then add peanut butter and stir again

  4. Leave in the fridge for few hours ? I’ve added on the top some pomegranate seeds, blueberries and coconut
