Chia Seed Pudding Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Yoghurt blend

  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Strawberries

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Granola
  • Coconut
  • Honey

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 tbsp chia seeds with 3/4 cup coconut milk and 1 tsp vanilla.

  2. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken

  3. Blend coconut yoghurt with strawberries.

  4. Serve in coconut bowls topped with banana, peanut butter, granola, coconut, and a drizzle of honey.
