Chia Seed Pudding Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Yoghurt blend
- Coconut yoghurt
- Strawberries
Toppings
- Banana
- Peanut butter
- Granola
- Coconut
- Honey
Preparation
Mix 2 tbsp chia seeds with 3/4 cup coconut milk and 1 tsp vanilla.
Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken
Blend coconut yoghurt with strawberries.
Serve in coconut bowls topped with banana, peanut butter, granola, coconut, and a drizzle of honey.
