Blueberry Topped Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 40g Tesco oats
- 140ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 small smashed banana
- 60ml water
Toppings
- blueberries
- hazelnut spread
- dark chocolate
- agave syrup
Preparation
Combine oats, coconut milk, water, flaxseeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.
Serve in a bowl and add toppings: blueberries, hazelnut spread, dark chocolate, and additional agave syrup.
