Blueberry Topped Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 40g Tesco oats
  • 140ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 small smashed banana
  • 60ml water

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • hazelnut spread
  • dark chocolate
  • agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, coconut milk, water, flaxseeds, agave syrup, and smashed banana in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.

  4. Serve in a bowl and add toppings: blueberries, hazelnut spread, dark chocolate, and additional agave syrup.
