Fluffy Vegan Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 150ml coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
- 25g soya protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Toppings
- homemade nutella
- agave syrup
- banana
- blueberries
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients: oats, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl
Mash the banana and combine with coconut milk and soya protein
Combine the wet and dry mixtures to form a batter
Heat a pan or griddle and cook the batter into pancakes until golden brown on both sides
Top the pancakes with homemade nutella, agave syrup, banana, and blueberries
